Alberta Finance– Risk Management and Insurance
A unique opportunity exists to put your risk identification and insurance skills to work. As risk managers, we identify the risks faced by the provincial government to support ministries in achieving their goals. From museums to prisons, from social housing to forestry, from court houses to parks, and from highways to social services the diverse operations of the province present exciting opportunities to investigate and manage risks for the province.
As a Senior Risk Analyst you are responsible for the risk management needs of client ministries and provincial corporations by collaborating and assisting them to identify, analyze, control, and finance their exposure to risk. Your ability to be an innovative problem solver combined with your adaptability, organizational skills and excellent time management makes you a great fit for this position. Your client-centered focus makes you a natural at building informal and formal relationships as well as proving yourself as a reliable team player.
Qualifications:
A Chartered Insurance Professional designation and a minimum of 5 years insurance related experience are required. A related undergraduate degree, a Canadian Risk Management designation, or a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional are all considered assets.

Salary
$2,367.82 to $3,799.55 bi-weekly ($61,800 to $99,168 annually)
